According to recent surveys, Apple Watch has gotten mixed reviews from consumers. 31 per cent of participants in a CitiResearch report said they were unlikely to buy a smartwatch regardless of price; listing price, display visibility, interaction with other devices, battery life, and a camera as important qualities in a smartwatch. 80 per cent said they would only buy one if it looked like a watch in the traditional sense.
As for Apple Watch, a recent survey by Tolana Quicksurveys saw 56 per cent of adults note that they did not have any desire to purchase it based on Apple’s recent keynote. Approximately one third of adult participants said they were likely to purchase it. Only 9 per cent noted to already own a smartwatch. CJ
