Baselworld is almost over—but that doesn’t mean the magic is. While the event may be coming to a close, the new watch and jewellery models that are being released continue to steal the show. Here are some of our favourite announcements from the past week:
- Yeprem’s “Y-Memento” line
Known for its elaborate and avant-garde pieces, jeweller Yeprem shocked Baselworld-goers with its foray into timepieces. The line incorporates watches into the jeweller’s stunning hand-piece and bracelet designs, each of which features a stunning amount of diamonds. The new range will be priced from $20,000 to $100,000.
- Movado Connect
With its edge-to-edge display, Movado is shaking up the smartwatch game. This extremely sleek Android Wear 2.0 watch will come in five men’s styles, including bracelet and strap options. It will retail starting at $495.
- Hugo Boss Touch
Another Android Wear 2.0 watch, the Hugo Boss Touch is constructed from carbon black IP stainless steel. It will also come with a line of interchangeable straps, and will feature near-field communication (NFC). The line will go on sale in august for $495.
