Ethereal Green Diamond LLP showcased remarkable innovations in lab-grown diamonds with the “Celebration of India” and “Infinity Ring” at the JCK Show.

Ethereal Green Diamond LLP, in collaboration with RockRush (SoHo, New York), unveiled two groundbreaking lab-grown diamonds: the 75.33 carat “Celebration of India” and the 30.69 carat “Infinity Ring.” Both diamonds, certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI), marked significant milestones in the industry and were on display at the Show.

“Celebration of India” – A 75.33 Carat Marvel

The “Celebration of India” was the largest lab-grown diamond to date, weighing in at an impressive 75.33 carats. This square-emerald cut diamond was graded as a type IIa by IGI, with excellent polish and symmetry. It took approximately 270 days to grow to a rough stone of 190 carats and an additional 30 days to cut and polish. Hirav Virani, Director at Ethereal Green, expressed his pride in this achievement, noting that the diamond commemorated India’s 75 years of independence.

“Infinity Ring” – A Unique 30.69 Carat Masterpiece

The “Infinity Ring,” a 30.69 carat ring-shaped diamond, was another testament to Ethereal Green’s innovation. Crafted from a single crystal grown rough stone using Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD), this diamond also received a type IIa grade from IGI. The rough stone initially weighed 98.88 carats and required about 146 days to grow. The final transformation to its freeform modified shape took an additional 90 days of meticulous crafting in Ethereal Green’s state-of-the-art facility in Gujarat, India.

Industry Recognition and Future Display

Tehmasp Printer, CEO of IGI, praised Ethereal Green’s dedication to innovation and excellence. Post-JCK Show, both diamonds were scheduled to be displayed at the RockRush store in SoHo, New York, offering a chance for enthusiasts to witness these marvels up close.

IGI at the JCK Show

The IGI was also an active participant at the JCK Show, offering on-site grading, gemstone screening, and educational sessions at booth #11065. Attendees joined IGI’s Senior Director of Education, John Pollard, for “Consumer Education 101 on Jewellery Myths & Customer Objections” on Thursday at 10:00 am and enjoyed daily Happy Hour events featuring “Gem & Jewellery Jeopardy” and expert presentations.
