HKTDC shows to debut new pavilions this March

As the world’s largest jewellery marketplaces, the HKTDC Hong Kong International Jewellery Show and the HKTDC Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show are excellent opportunities for maximizing buyers’ sourcing opportunities and expanding exhibitors’ businesses.

From this March 1-5, the 3rd edition of the HKTDC’s Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show will take place at the AsiaWorld-Expo, followed by the 33rd edition of the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show on March 3-7 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Around 4,400 exhibitors are expected to gather at the twin shows in 2016, including Dehres, Kuwayama, Lili Jewelry, Roberto Coin, A. A Rachminov Diamonds, Dimexon and Novel Collection.

The Jewellery Show also features eight themed zones for key market segments to meet buyers’ needs and targets. This year, the Wedding Bijoux and T-GOLD+ METS pavilions are making their debut. The former features a stunning range of bridal jewellery, while the latter revolves around around professional jewellery and watch making machinery, equipment, technology and supplies.

Additionally, the shows will feature the 17th edition of The Hong Kong Jewellery Design Competition and the biennial Chuk Kam Jewellery Design Competition. These events will provide a platform for local jewellery designers to showcase their strengths and talents.
