The Canadian family-owned and operated jewellery company, Paris Jewellers, announced their Kelowna Grand Opening in November.

The Sip, Shop and Sparkle Grand Opening commenced with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony at the Orchard Park Shopping Centre and the first 100 customers who made a purchase received a FREE limited-edition Elle Necklace. There were festive drinks, treats, prizes and multiple giveaways throughout the day.

Co-owner sisters Chau and Trang spent many years imagining one day opening a store in Kelowna and were elated that their dream came to fruition. Even though Paris Jewellers has experienced much success across Canada, the company continues to have small-town roots and deeply cares about each customer that walks through their doors.

“As we began to expand and grow our brand across Canada, our family would continue to dream big. At the heart of this was our Map of Dreams: a large map our family had printed, framed, and placed on our wall. Using this map, we would place stickers on cities where we wished to open stores and grow our business. The Kelowna sticker has been there for over ten years. Opening a store for us in the amazing community of Kelowna is truly a dream come true. We are excited to be a part of it and work with our amazing community partners,” shared Chau Lui, Co-owner and Director of Operations.

Paris Jewellers launched the limited-edition Joy Pendant in October and it will be available only until November. 100% of the profits will be donated to Mamas for Mamas. For every pendant sold, Paris Jewellers will match and donate a pendant to a mom in need. The pendant will also be available online and in all 26 stores across Canada.

In November, Paris Jewellers will also be donating 5% of every purchase in support of JoeAnna’s House. JoeAnna’s House is new to the Kelowna landscape and aims to provide affordable accommodation for family members with loved ones being treated at the Kelowna General Hospital.

These partnerships are natural connections as Pairs Jewellers is a women-owned company comprised of 90% women. With these charities, Paris Jewellers aims to spread joy and happiness while making a difference and impact in the community.

“Jewellery brings joy to people’s lives by evoking the emotions associated with special celebrations and meaningful milestones. The magic of jewellery is that it can instantly take you back to a happy moment or memory, every time you wear it,” says Chau. “Customers can choose to shop anywhere, and when they choose to celebrate their special occasions with us–it is an honour and a privilege that we cannot take for granted.”
