Strong start for Smart Jewelry Show in Chicago

The seventh annual SMART Jewelry Show Chicago opened started off with an inspirational message from keynote speaker Paco Underhill. Sponsored by Synchrony Financial, his session on “What Your Customers Really Want: The Science of Shopping,” focused on teaching retailers what they can do to encourage today’s savvy customers to stay longer and purchase more.

Jim Reed, director of The SMART Jewelry Show, says, “We love getting retailers pumped up before they head down to the show floor, and Paco did that and more. With his vast experience optimizing retail environments, and plenty of hands-on experience in the jewelry industry, he fits right in to this year’s ‘Big Thinker’ theme.”

This year is the first time the SMART Show is offering special advantages to top buyers with through the SMART Buyers Club.
