On 4 Might 2021, Pandora introduced a share buy-back programme, cf. Firm announcement no. 622. The share buyback programme is executed in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation).
The aim of the programme is to scale back Pandora’s share capital and to satisfy obligations arising from firm incentive programmes.
Underneath the programme, Pandora will purchase again shares for an quantity as much as DKK 500 million within the interval from 5 Might 2021 to 13 August 2021 on the newest, each days inclusive.
