Toronto, ON — October 23, 2025 — The Canadian watch trade will welcome a new after-sales leader when Trillium Watch Service officially launches at the Time & Shine Jewellery Show, November 2–3, 2025, at the Pan Pacific Toronto. Founded by Sevan Khidichian, a fourth-generation Swiss-trained watchmaker, and Charles Harris, watchmaker, clockmaker, and seasoned operations executive, Trillium brings a modern, retailer-first service model to Canada’s watch industry.

Attendees can meet the founders, view sample restorations, and discuss brand and retailer programmes on site throughout the show. Trillium’s launch underscores Time & Shine’s role as Canada’s marketplace for sourcing, services, and solutions ahead of the holiday rush and spring 2026 planning.

“Trillium Watch Service was born from a shared vision—to deliver service that reflects Swiss precision and the reliability Canadians expect, with full transparency from intake to quality control,” said Sevan Khidichian, President & Head Watchmaker. Trained in Paris and experienced at Maisons including Cartier and Patek Philippe, Khidichian brings four generations of technical heritage to Trillium’s bench.
Leadership with structure and scale
At the operational helm, Charles Harris, Chief Executive Officer, draws on decades in watch service leadership, including roles as Service Manager at Bulova and Plant Manager at Citech Quartz Corporation (Citizen). “We built Trillium to bridge craftsmanship with communication—organized, client-focused, and scalable for today’s retail and brand realities,” said Harris.
