Modani Jewels, Soham Diamonds and S.N.J. Creations have announced the appointment of Andrea Lucille Pooler as Chief Operating Officer across the group’s divisions, adding one of the jewellery industry’s most experienced operational leaders to the executive team.
Pooler brings more than 25 years of experience to the role, with a career that reflects a rare combination of hands-on craftsmanship, retail insight and high-level operational strategy. Her background spans manufacturing, wholesale and retail, giving her a broad and practical understanding of how jewellery businesses can scale while maintaining structure, creativity and commercial discipline.
She began her career as a bench jeweller and designer before going on to own her own retail jewellery store, experience that gave her direct exposure to design, craftsmanship and the customer journey. She later held senior operations roles with one of the world’s largest B2C e-commerce jewellery brands, where she oversaw production, logistics, customer success and process optimisation within a high-volume business environment.
Most recently, Pooler served as Principal Consultant at Hill & Co., where she led transformation and strategy projects across the jewellery sector. Her work included operations and process improvement, financial strategy, branding, merchandising, technology implementation and team development for manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and designers.
Beyond her executive leadership, Pooler remains deeply involved in the broader jewellery community. She currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of THE SOURCE for the Community for Ethical Jewelry, Chair of the Women’s Jewelry Association NY Metro Chapter, a resident volunteer jewellery appraiser for a retail hospice store, and a business coach.
Her appointment signals a strong operational move for Modani Jewels, Soham Diamonds and S.N.J. Creations as the group continues to strengthen its leadership bench. Known for championing education, mentorship, networking and leadership, Pooler is widely respected for her commitment to helping individuals and organisations thrive in a more connected, transparent and future-focused jewellery industry.
For companies navigating change, growth and evolving consumer expectations, Pooler’s appointment represents more than an executive hire. It reflects the increasing value of leadership that understands every layer of the jewellery business, from bench to boardroom.
