When Alyssa Mancaniello joined Nouvo Luxury Group in 2021, the Canadian luxury distributor was already respected for its portfolio and relationships. What it needed next was a leader who could marry digital fluency with operational discipline, brand storytelling, and a fresh understanding of a new generation of retailers and consumers. Within three years, Mancaniello not only reshaped how the company works—she became a partner in early 2024, cementing her place at the centre of Nouvo’s next growth chapter.
As Vice President and Partner, Mancaniello operates at the intersection of business development, operations, and marketing. Her mandate is not just to keep the machine running, but to ensure every initiative is intentional, data-informed, and brand-building. With a deep appreciation for design, detail, and strategy, she focuses on turning vision into action, whether that means launching a new brand, refining internal systems, or crafting stories that truly connect with today’s luxury customer.

Crucially, Mancaniello represents a rising generation of leadership in the Canadian jewellery. She speaks the language of digital-native consumers while understanding the realities of brick-and-mortar retail. This places her in a pivotal role: bridging the gap between long-standing independent jewellers and a new wave of retailers who expect seamless digital support, agile assortments, and brand experiences that resonate across Instagram, e-commerce, and the in-store environment.
“Alyssa’s background in the digital landscape and her operational expertise transformed the way Nouvo Luxury Group builds and scales its business,” says Owner and President, Steve Turac. “By modernizing systems, elevating our digital footprint to better support our wholesale accounts, and streamlining workflows, she introduced a more agile and data-driven approach that unlocked new efficiencies and accelerated our growth across all channels.”
For Turac, her leadership is also about timing. “Alyssa’s leadership, since 2021, has sharpened our ability to anticipate what’s next — enabling Nouvo Luxury Group to identify and champion rising brands and trends ahead of the industry.”
Beyond the boardroom, Mancaniello brings a deeply human perspective to her work. She volunteers in animal rescue, regularly fostering cats and dogs and currently caring for eleven of her own. She is also committed to raising awareness around autoimmune diseases, particularly lupus, and what it means to build a business while managing a chronic condition.

That lived experience informs a leadership style that is resilient, empathetic, and grounded in real life. For partners and retailers, it translates into a leader who understands pressure, builds systems that support people, and believes that strong brands are built where purpose, performance, and the next generation of customers meet.
