Job Title: Sales Representative – Ontario & British Columbia

With a well-established presence in the industry, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality products and excellent customer service to our retail partners. We are currently expanding our sales team and seeking dedicated sales representatives for the Ontario and British Columbia regions.

Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative at GL Creations, you will focus on building relationships with retail stores in Ontario or British Columbia to drive sales of our watch and jewellery collections. This is a remote position requiring regular travel within your region to meet with retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow a strong network of retail clients within the Ontario or BC market.
Identify and engage with new retail partners, expanding our distribution network.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with existing retail clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their product needs.
Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and account management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and our product offerings to effectively represent the brand to retail clients.
Actively participate in trade shows and industry events to promote GL Creations to potential retail buyers.
Provide retailers with ongoing support, from initial sales through after-sales service.

Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling to retail businesses.
Previous experience in the jewellery, watch, or luxury goods industry is a strong asset.
Strong network of retail contacts in Ontario or British Columbia is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel within the region.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
