Students for the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) programs, courses and lab classes for the 2015 Gemology and Jewelry Manufacturing Arts can now apply for scholarship. The online scholarship applications will be available on GIA’s official website until October 31.
The courses eligible for scholarships are at the Institute’s campuses in Bangkok, Carlsbad, Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, New York and Taiwan; and at the GIA branch in Dubai. There will also be awards of up to $1,500 available for international eLearning courses and up to $1,400 for U.S.-based lab classes.
