Stuller introduces new loyalty program Stuller First

Stuller, Inc. has announced the launch of its first company-wide loyalty program, Stuller First. Through this program, Stuller aims to simplify and improve upon its shipping process for customers.

For an introductory annual membership fee of $199, members can receive a variety of shipping-related benefits, including unlimited next-day afternoon shipments with no minimum purchase requirements, and the automatic application of shipping costs to each order placed. Moreover, membership will allow customers to buy as much or as little product as often as they require for a full year.

“The program will pay for itself in about 20 shipments,” says Kevin Metz, Stuller’s CMO. Metz encourages customers to take advantage of the company’s broad line of products, suggesting that if customers have considered trying new or unfamiliar Stuller products, this is a “great opportunity” for them to do so.
