The Shared Services Centre of Quebec (Centre de Services Partagés du Québec) has announced a call for all tenders. Last August, the CSPQ sent out an invitation to tender for diamonds after which a number of customers have bid on and acquired lots. As of September 8, another tender for diamonds (15-0323) has been posted on the CSPQ website.
