Simon G. Jewelry responds to rapid growth with new hires

This month, Simon G. Jewelry welcomed four new members to its team. The family-owned and -operated business made these hires in order to support its rapidly growing brand and maintain the highest quality service possible.

The new team members include Garrett Hartman and Wendy Redmon as U.S. sales representatives; Dominic Mainella as a sales representative for Eastern Canada; and Marlene Hanson as brand ambassador. Each of these individuals comes with a wealth of expertise—the new team members bring over 65 years of combined industry experience to the table.

“We are always strategic when growing our business and look to bring team members on board who can help illustrate our brand story worldwide,” says Simon Ghanimian, the company’s president. “As we look to the future, we continue to identify opportunities to grow and expand.”

Over the past year, Simon G. has increased consumer traffic to its website by 114 per cent, increasing the amount of jewellery pieces sold year-over-year. In addition to hiring new team members, the brand is also investing in new technologies and production equipment to help support its swift development.

According to the 2015 Big Survey published by Instore Magazine, Simon G. continues to be one the best performing full bridal and fashion jewellery lines in the U.S. Its numbers are already trending ahead of schedule for 2016.
