Nominations for the 2017 METROPOLITAN FASHION AWARDS honouring outstanding achievements in fashion and costume design in motion picture, television, and live performance were announced by Metropolitan Fashion Week Founder Eduardo Khawam. Winners in each category will be voted on by the Metropolitan Fashion Awards Committee and the general public will have an opportunity to vote for the People’s Choice Award. The Closing Gala and Fashion Awards is to be held Thursday, October 5th at Warner Bros. Studios.
