We are thrilled to announce that Roger Gingerich, CEO of the Canadian International Fashion Film Festival, will be joining our panel of judges for the 68th edition of the prestigious Award of Excellence. With over 35 years of experience in various roles within the fashion industry, Roger’s wealth of knowledge and expertise makes him an invaluable addition to this year’s judging panel.
Roger’s accomplishments in the fashion world are vast and impressive. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Commonwealth Fashion Council (CFC), based in London, he has worked tirelessly to promote fashion education, youth and gender empowerment, and responsibility across 54 nations. In addition to his work with the CFC, Roger has also served eight years on the board of directors for Fashion Group International ~ Toronto, including three years as its Regional Director.
His commitment to the fashion industry doesn’t stop there. Roger has also been a part of the Advisory Board for Canada Fashion Group Inc., which hosted the largest fashion weeks in the country: Toronto Men’s Fashion Week and Toronto Women’s Fashion Week.
The winner of this year’s competition will be announced at the Time and Shine International Jewellery Convention welcoming gala dinner. This event is the highlight of the watch and jewellery industry, where leaders in design, craftsmanship, and innovation come together to celebrate the best of the best.
