Prior to joining David Yurman, Yueh spent nearly 15 years as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading the development of high-performing human resource functions for global companies across industries and sectors. Most recently, she served as a leader within the global Organization and Strategy practice, where she was responsible for leading culture, change management and talent priorities.
“Emily brings vast experience leading the betterment of global management and corporate strategy of some of the world’s most influential businesses,” said Evan Yurman. “My parents have always understood the importance of our talent in fueling our business. I am pleased to introduce Emily as the first of her kind and to work alongside her to foster employee engagement and continue to build David Yurman into a destination employer.”
As a Co-Founder and former Chief Operating Officer of McKinsey Academy, Yueh also brings strong operating experience, having helped scale the business to one of the largest executive leadership houses in the world.
She also served as a key sponsor of Lean-In at McKinsey, an initiative focused on elevating the role of women and diversity in business.

As a key pillar of Yueh’s new role, she will help redefine David Yurman’s corporate strategy to focus on growth with a focus on its people, implementing a standard of support and care for its employees that mirror the elevated level of service David Yurman has provided to its clients for decades. Emily Yueh will report directly to President Evan Yurman.
