CGA is extending the deadline by two (2) weeks on their Canadian Jewellery Design Competition. The new deadline is Friday, July 15, 2022, at Midnight MST.

2022 CGA Emerging Artist Design Competition Prizes include:
• 1st Place: CA$1000
• 2nd Place: CA$ 500
• 3rdPlace: CA$ 250
• 2nd Place: CA$ 500
• 3rdPlace: CA$ 250

“We are extending the deadline again this year so that we can continue to shine the spotlight on the best and and brightest young talent in Canada.” said Donna Hawrelko, President of the CGA. “We have some incredible designers from across this Country, and as we emerge from this pandemic, we encourage all student and new graduate designers to come forward so we can put the attention on their innovative ideas and brilliant craftsmanship.”
Winners will be announced later this year at the CGA Annual Conference where they will be recognized and the prize money will be awarded.
The CGA Emerging Artist Design Competition is the only one of its kind in Canada, giving students global recognition for their work and honouring excellence in jewellery design.
