JCK Announces 2023 Keynote Speaker and Over 60 JCK Talks Educational Series

JCK, the global leader in jewelry buying experiences, is pleased to announce the keynote speaker for 2023, “Johnny Cupcakes,” and an expanded educational program of over 60 JCK Talks, including the all-new Social Media stage at The Venetian Expo & The Venetian in Las Vegas.

The Opening Keynote “Creating Customer Obsession & Memorable Experiences with Limited Resources” featuring Johnny Earle of the world’s first t-shirt bakery, will take place on Saturday, June 3 from 8 – 9 am PT at the Palazzo Ballroom on Level 5 of The Venetian.

Johnny Cupcakes has created a global following, with long queues of fans waiting for the shop to open and some even getting permanent tattoos of the brand. In his presentation, Johnny will share how retailers and brands can create a wave of word-of-mouth marketing, loyalty, and obsession around their store or products – and within their team – through experiential branding, even with limited resources. The JCK Keynote is sponsored by Sarine Technologies.

The JCK 2023 educational program will offer over 60 JCK Talks sessions from June 1-4, providing relevant key insights presented by industry experts and thought leaders. The program includes multi-perspective panels and featured speaker formats on various topics such as Trends, Retail Experiences, Marketing, Sustainability, DEI, Innovation, Hot Topics, and Industry Breaking News.

The new Social Media stage, located at the Innovation Hub on Level 2, will feature 30-minute sessions led by some of the industry’s biggest influencers and digital marketers, providing attendees with actionable tips and tricks for content creation and social media engagement. The Innovation Hub encompasses the Showcase educational stage, Social Media stage, new-to-the-market technologies, and hands-on demo areas, creating a focused area on Level 2 for innovation and trending future developments in the jewelry industry.
