Manufacturer Color Craft struck a deal with Hallmark Cards Inc. to create a line of jewellery branded by the greeting card company. The collection, Hallmark Jewelry, was launched in 223 Meijer supercenters earlier this fall.
“Hallmark Jewelry is a unique selling concept that combines emotional connectivity with carefully designed and curated fine jewelry for a unique gift-giving opportunity, perfect for any occasion,” says Todd Wolleman, president of Color Craft. “Just within the first few weeks, we [saw] positive sales at Meijer.”
The collection consists of sterling silver pieces with diamond and coloured gemstone accents, and comes in Hallmark-branded gift packaging. Additionally, it is designed to be kept on the counter, allowing for easy customer access. CJ
