In a bid to prepare for its upcoming worldwide expansion, Alex and Ani have recruited two retail veterans as its new senior executives.
Bob Woodruff, the company’s newly appointed CFO, has more than 35 years of finance experience under his belt. This includes 20 years in senior roles at Nike, the world-recognized apparel brand, and recent roles as VP and CFO of footwear subsidiary Converse. Woodruff was hired to manage Alex and Ani’s financial systems and drive fiscal growth globally. In this role, he will report to chief operating officer Cindy DiPietrantonio.
Vince Montemarano, the company’s new senior vice-president of international sales and retail, has worked in global distribuition channels for 25 years, and was most recently executive international vice-president for apparel and footwear brand James Perse. At Alex and Ani, he will report to Suzanne Turcotte, chief administrative officer and general counsel.
The two new members will be based out pf the company’s global headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island.
