Mary Beth Trypus has been appointed as the executive vice president of Bulova. Trypus will be working on sales and marketing initiatives and will focus on the brand’s long-term strategy. She previously worked for Liz Claiborne for 11 years, and most recently for the Jones Group, where she was senior vice president of sales and planning for the handbag division.
“I am excited to have Mary Beth join our executive team. Her experience and track record of running a business with metrics and marketing brand positioning across large organizations will be invaluable to us across all U.S. classes of trade,” said Gregory Thumm, Bulova president, in a statement.
