Jewelers Mutual has announced its new and improved JM University program.
This online training resource offers the insurer’s policyholders two educational loss prevention courses. One, entitled “Danger on the Road,” advises jewellers on how to protect their property while away from their business. The other course, called “Selling with Security,” acts as a step-by-step guide for protecting merchandise while interacting with customers.
The program is intended as an exclusive privilege for Jewelers Mutual policyholders only. Its online capabilities are compatible with multiple devices, and allow owners and managers to easily distribute the content and track the performance of their staff.
