LMVH praises Bulgari, TAG Heuer

LMVH’s watch and jewellery department experienced healthy gains in sales and revenue this year, with TAG Heuer’s new smartwatch and Bulgari acting as star players.

According to a company statement, the group recorded revenue growth at comparable exchange rates of 8 per cent and 19 per cent on a reported basis. Profits from recurring operations also leaped 53 percent.

“Bulgari had an excellent year driven by its iconic creations and its new Diva and Lucea collections,” said the statement. “[The brand’s] stores delivered excellent performances.”

Moreover, noted the report, “TAG Heuer launched with enormous success its smartwatch…while continuing to develop its core offering.” CJ
