Timex for Ingersoll brand watches

Timex, a global leader in watchmaking for more than 160 years, has announced its strategic partnership with Zeon Ltd. to distribute and market Ingersoll brand watches in the USACanada and Mexico. Under this new agreement, Zeon Ltd. will continue to be responsible for the brand’s creative direction and watch production.

Dating back to 1892, Ingersoll was initially manufactured by the Waterbury Clock Company, the corporation that is known today as Timex GroupIngersoll, ‘The True Original’ American watch brand, is known around the world for its affordable, high-quality timepieces, which are crafted with a luxurious skeleton, open-heart movements, and are backed up with a lifetime warranty.

“The partnership with Timex Group is a new and exciting chapter in the modern history of the Ingersoll brand,” stated Simon Gilham, president of Zeon U.S. Inc. “Our expectations for this partnership are high. We want to ensure that Ingersoll re-establishes itself as the watch of choice for consumers looking for uniquely designed, quality timepieces.”

Timex Group, one of the world’s largest watch companies, will use its vast sales and marketing network within the U.S., Canada and Mexico to continue the momentum generated by the Ingersoll brand since its re-launch at Baselworld in 2016.
