According to Retail Insider, the top shopping centres in Canada are situated either in British Columbia or Ontario. The recent report analyzed malls by sales amounts per square foot of space.
Vancouver made the list most frequently due to popular shopping hubs like Metrotown, Oakridge and Pacific Centre. A lot of the successful shopping centres also house profitable stores like Apple, which reported U.S. stores sales averaging $4,798 per square foot in 2014.
