Fossil Group, Inc. announces the appointment of Lisa Marie Pillette as Chief Marketing Officer

Lisa brings extensive marketing and branding expertise from Lacoste, Ralph Lauren and Levi Strauss to Fossil. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer for direct-to-consumer brand Casper. Her successful relaunch of the Casper brand earned her recognition in the 2021 Brand Innovator ‘100 Women in Brand Marketing” and the 2021 CMO Awards for Creativity and Storytelling.

In her role, Lisa will lead the company’s global marketing and centers of excellence, including marketing strategy and innovation, CRM, creative and content operations, and go-to-market.

In addition to her professional work, Lisa is active as a mentor and advisor. She serves on the boards of TRIPTK and Best Pets, a Havas-owned brand transformation group, and is a member and mentor of Chief and 50/50 Women’s New York Chapter, a membership network focused on women leaders, on the board.
