Donatella Zappieri, based in Italy, brings a wealth of experience from her tenure as the Head of International Design for Jewellery and Watches at Swarovski, spanning 15 years. Her expertise has made her a renowned consultant in the jewellery business. Meanwhile, Nan Lung Palmer, from the United States, joins the team with a formidable background in merchandising, having worked over 20 years with globally recognized brands such as Macy’s and David Yurman.

Donatella joins Hill & Co. as a Principal Consultant in Italy. She brings over 30 years of experience working across the industry for some of the world’s most recognised jewelry brands, including 15 years leading the design team for international jewelry and watches at Swarovski. She has extensive knowledge of the European and global markets and a proven track record of enabling growth for businesses across the supply chain.Donatella says:
