Jewellers Vigilance Canada mourns the loss of Constantin Barcados

Jewellers Vigilance Canada (JVC) is mourning the loss of Constantin Barcados, a 50-year veteran of the jewellery industry.

 

Since moving to Canada in 1964, Constantin had the pleasure of working with members of the jewellery industry across Canada. Constantin was known for his expertise and passion for coloured gemstones and his high integrity.

 

Constantin Dimitri Barcados

October 22nd, 1924 – May 28th, 2017

With sadness, the family announces the peaceful passing of Constantin Dimitri Barcados, in his 93rd year, on Sunday May 28th, 2017. Beloved husband for 50 years of Carol Juno Barcados. Loving father of Alex (Theresa Lemieux) and Susan (Stephen Fiorelli). Constantin was a very loving and proud grandfather of Benjamin, Katherine, Taylor, Ethan, Alexandra and Sophia. He is survived by his brother John. Flowers are respectfully declined. If desired, donations can be made to the Oakville Hospital Foundation. Family, friends and colleagues are invited to a celebration of his life on Saturday June 3rd at 2pm, at the Waterside Inn, 15 Stavebank Rd. S., Port Credit, L5G 2T2.
